报告摘要：
It is very important in Nuclear Security to detect changes made in a given installation, tracking the progression of the construction work in a new plant, or monitoring all transfers of nuclear fuel containers between different process areas. In this talk, firstly I will give a series of techniques for inspecting 3D changes in nuclear facilities/plants and identifying nuclear fuel containers based on their differences of 3D surface micro-structure by using terrestrial laser scanners (TLS) and line scanners, including data acquisition, modeling, registration and verification. Secondly I will introduce other works in the fields of computer vision, image & video processing, etc.
