Spatial Accuracy 2014 attracts participants from all over the world from many academic and professional fields, including geography, statistics, and the environmental sciences. Participants will share cutting-edge approaches for characterizing uncertainty in spatial data and computational models about environmental or natural resources phenomena. The conference will feature technical workshops, dynamic keynote talks, and oral and poster sessions. Submissions on both theoretical and applied topics are welcome.
Extended abstracts (up to 1000 words), due January 24, 2014
All presentations, oral and poster are peer-reviewed. Accepted abstracts will be published in proceedings and presented at the conference. Two special journal issues of extended papers from the conference are in the planning stages, for Plant Ecology and Spatial Statistics.
